Not only does it help their physical development by strengthening their joints, ligaments, and muscles, it also improves their mental and emotional states.

Every time your children successfully roll the bowling ball and hits the pins, it boosts their self confidence. Their patience and sportsmanship will also be improved as they wait for their turn  and continue to practice until they get the hang of bowling.

This sport also engages your children’s hand-eye coordination, as your children gain  control as they direct the ball according to their release point, and a sense of balance as they maintain their focus and proper body positioning before they make their final move and release the ball.

Above all else, it teaches them the importance of sportsmanship. They will learn to accept the result of their game, be happy for their friends or family who might have performed better, and to motivate themselves to try again and do better next time.
